accepting our quotes & our Terms & conditions

• Please confirm your acceptance via email, text, or phone, including any selected upgrades. 
• A signed copy of these Terms & Conditions must be returned via email or text so we have all relevant details for invoicing & communication. 
• Once confirmed, we will organise a suitable start date with you. 

Please note: We will hold proposed booking dates for 24 hours to allow you time to coordinate with your neighbour. If you prefer, we are happy to liaise with your neighbour on your behalf.

• Upon acceptance, invoices will be issued to you & your neighbour(s) for the required deposit amount. 
• Deposits must be paid 2 weeks prior to the scheduled start date. 

                   This allows sufficient time to order materials and secure delivery. 

• Please ensure all recommended upgrades are confirmed prior to invoicing & that associated costs are included in the deposit amounts.
  Upgrades cannot be added on the day of installation. 
• If you or your neighbour have concerns about paying a deposit, please let us know. 

                  We can arrange payment on the morning of commencement, however: 

• All deposits must be paid in full before work begins 

To ensure a safe, smooth & efficient build, please ensure:

• All greenery is trimmed back from the fence line 
• Any obstructions or attached items are removed 
• Animal waste is cleared from the work area 
• If you have pets sensitive to noise, please ensure they are: 
  • Safely secured, or 
  • Temporarily relocated during works 

•  A minimum of 5 days’ notice is required for any cancellation.                                                                                         

                                     Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a $350 cancellation fee charged to the client.

•  If works have commenced & we are unable to proceed due to site conditions outside our control                                        

                                   (including but not limited to: other trades on-site impacting our work area, animals, failure t   

                                    to clear the work area of large objects, vehicles in our access path), a fee will apply as follows:

• Residential sites: $500 
• Building sites: $1,000

Please remember we are carrying heavy materials up to 6mtrs in length, our safety comes first 

• Work hours: 
  • Weekdays: 7:00am – 8:00am start 
  • Weekends: 9:00am – 10:00am start 
• Please ensure: 
  • Driveways are clear for vehicle, trailer & walking materials through 
  • The nature strip is clear for scheduled material deliveries 
  • We have access to water and power (or advise us if unavailable so we can prepare accordingly) 

                            For safety: 

• Pets must be secured during works to prevent escape or injury 
• Please advise us of any planned toilet breaks for your pets so we can turn off equipment and stop distractions for them

Jacqui works both on-site and in administration. 

During work hours, response times may be limited — text or email is the fastest way to reach her.
If a call is required, it may be scheduled between 6:00pm – 8:00pm if not returned earlier.
