RECENT FENCING HEATHMONT

As a previous Heathmontian for 10yrs this is one of the most community feel & relaxed suburbs in Melbourne featuring beautiful older homes with ageing timber fences, newer builds needing clean, modern lines & plenty of tree on lines & sloped blocks that don’t forgive bad workmanship. Nothing in Heathmont is ever just “flat and easy” & that’s where experience shows. 

We’ve definitely noticed a rise in poor quality fencing work around Heathmont lately & it shows.

A lot of jobs are being rushed with quickset thrown in, no care taken with the flow of the fence line & posts that just aren’t set properly. On the day it might look okay… but give it a bit of time & you start seeing the truth, leaning panels, uneven lines & fences that just don’t sit right.

The biggest giveaway? No straight flow.

A good fence should run clean &consistent not wave around like it’s been guessed into place.

We get it — everyone wants to save money.

But fencing is one of those things where cutting corners costs more in the long run.

Pay peanuts, get monkeys.
